Where We Ship

We offer Worldwide shipping and it’s completely free!

Kindly be informed that if your package exceeds 2kg (4.409lbs)  in weight, it will be shipped out with DHL or EMS which might demand shipping fees.

Delivery times

Most products will take about 2 - 3 business days before shipping out. shipping times below:

America : Average delivery time is 5- 8 days.

Canada : Average delivery time is 7-9 days.

Australia : Average delivery time is 7-9 days.

UK : Average delivery time is 6-10 days.

Rest of the world : Average delivery time is 15 - 30 days.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 - 10 days

Tracking information will be included in the email that will be sent once a package has been sent out for delivery.

Please note that there are some products that have different shipping times, kindly refer to the shipping tab on each product page to get the shipping information for that specific product.

Due to circumstances beyond our control related to COVID-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure our employees are protected. We are currently operating with reduced capacity and are doing our best to fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible. Additional delays may also occur with carriers delivering parcels on our behalf. Email updates are provided as parcels are shipped and are your best source for parcel tracking information. Our items ship directly from our manufacturers and artisans in USA and Asia. No need to be concerned about paying shipping charges.

 

Lost Shipments/Claims

All of our merchandise is shipped using tracking information and delivery confirmation. We will take responsibility for lost shipments if the package has not reached your destination. We will initiate a claim compatible with the carrier's procedure. If delivery of the package(s) is substantiated and confirmed by the carrier that it was delivered, we will not be able to issue a replacement and/or refund.

We request that you make sure your order is being shipped to a secure and safe location so that delivery is ensured. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and location is correct and accessible. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Weather and natural disasters can play a role in shipping delays. We cannot take responsibility for circumstances that are beyond our control. While these situations are rare and few, please kindly be aware of our policy.

 

Taxes

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in CAD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
