WHERE WE SHIP

We offer worldwide shipping. Any products shipping to only certain regions would be clearly specified in their respective product pages.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Most products have 2-3 business day processing times. Shipping is as follows:

United States of America : Average delivery time is 6-9 business days

Canada : Average delivery time is 6-7 business days

United Kingdom : Average delivery time is 5-9 business days 

Other countries : Average delivery time is 10-15 business days

Tracking information will be sent in the email that will be sent once a package has been sent out for delivery.

Some products may have different shipping times, kindly refer to the shipping tab on each product page to get shipping details for that specific product.

Our items are produced by our pristine manufacturing partners in the United States of America & China.

LOST SHIPMENTS/CLAIMS

All of our merchandize are shipped with tracking information and delivery confirmation. We will take responsibility for lost shipments if the package fails to reach your address provided at the time of purchase and we will initiate a claim compactible with the carrier's procedure. 

If delivery of a package is substantiated and confirmed by the carrier to be delivered at the location of the address provided at the time of purchase, we would not be liable for lost shipments and would not issue a refund. We kindly request that you ensure your package is being shipped to a secure location so that delivery is assured. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address/location is accurate and accessible.

Due to ever changing rate fluctuations and zoning, we reserve the right to make adjustments to our shipping policy and schedule as require.
